Welcome to Refuge KIDS

At Refuge KIDS, it is our desire to help your child know and grow closer to God from a young age. This is an awesome responsibility that we do not take lightly. Your child's safety and security is our highest priority. Your children's health is important to us, so all workers take important steps for cleanliness and the prevention of spreading germs. It is sometimes difficult for children to be separated from their parents. We ask that you prepare your children ahead of time so that they will understand the importance of their time and yours as you seek to grow closer to God. Refuge KIDS is not simply a babysitting service; it is a safe place where children learn about Jesus, are encouraged, loved, and prayed for.

When We Meet

Sundays  |  10 am

And these words that I command you today shall be on your heart. You shall teach them diligently to your children, and shall talk of them when you sit in your house, and when you walk by the way, and when you lie down, and when you rise.

Deuteronomy 6:6-7 (ESV)

FAQs

Is My Child Safe?

We believe in safety first. Every volunteer in our children's ministry has been thoroughly screened before they are allowed to serve. Your kids are important to us at The Refuge and we will take drastic measures to ensure their safety.

Where do I Go?

We want to make your visit as easy as possible. When you arrive at The Refuge Church, our team will direct you to where you need to go. Our volunteers are happy to assist you and your family in anyway possible. Let us know how we can help you.

What happens when I arrive?

When you arrive at The Refuge Church, you will be asked to register your child. After registering your child, you and your child will be given a security tag to ensure their safety and your peace of mind. When you drop off your child, please know that our volunteers will take great care of your kids. We have a play area where they can be entertained if you arrive early. The play area consists of block building, reading area, lego area, and slide.

What will my child be doing while I am in the service?

At Refuge KIDS, we want your child to love their experience. They will learn practical Biblical truths, participate in crafts, learn songs, and receive a snack.

What type of snacks do we serve?

We realize that there are many food allergies, so we will not serve anything containing peanuts. If your child has a specific allergy, please let us know by filling out the appropriate box on the registration form and we will take precautionary measure to ensure your child's safety.
